Basic First Aid and CPR Course

The Basic first aid and CPR Course is ideal for anyone who would like to learn valuable life saving skills. The course is taught in a friendly informal atmosphere and there is plenty of hands on practice to provide confidence and ensure that everyone has the confidence to deal with emergency situations should they occur.

Course Content Includes Scene Safety Initial Assessment Treatment of an unconscious casualty, Recovery Position Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Shock Choking, Conscious and Unconscious How to treat Bleeding Spinal Injury Management. Course Duration: 4 hours                   Certification Valid 3 Years                        Assessed by Instructor
